Important: Enhanced Security on AirbusWorld

To protect your sensitive data, we have implemented Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on AirbusWorld.

For this added layer of security, a unique verification code will be automatically generated and sent to the email address registered on your profile.

 

Important details to keep in mind:

- Code validity: Your verification code is valid for 10 minutes.

- Security lock: For your protection, your account will be temporarily locked for 2 minutes after 8 unsuccessful attempts.

 

If you haven't received your verification code:

- Check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure the email wasn't filtered out.

- Verify your mailbox capacity to ensure it is not full.

- Wait a few minutes, as email delivery can occasionally be delayed.

- Use the “Resend Code” option, which becomes available 60 seconds after the previous code was sent.

 

If you no longer have access to your registered email address:

- Contact your Focal Point: Reach out to your company's designated administrator to update your profile.

- Contact Support: If you do not have a Focal Point, please contact the AirbusWorld support team directly for assistance.
