Internal Access decommissioning

Internal Access has been decommissioned.

 

To replace it, a new tool has been deployed: "Support Mode".

 

To access Support Mode you must request the creation of an Internal User account. You will need to specify the applications you want to access, as well as the SalesOrgs of the companies that you need to work on.

 

After validation, your account will be created and you will receive by email a notification containing a user guide.
